Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change after registration, you must notify the 7ejbd support team immediately. 7ejbd is not responsible for any issues arising from the provision of false or incomplete information. The platform reserves the right to verify any account at any time and may request additional documents for that purpose.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

New members will have the opportunity to receive a bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the total of the bonus and deposit amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

• The bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active.
• 7ejbd reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If there is suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, the bonus will be cancelled.

Promotional Offers

Special promotions, cashback offers and tournament bonuses are provided from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in detail on the offer page. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Attempting to collect bonuses by using multiple accounts, opening accounts in the names of different family members or by any other method will be considered bonus abuse and the relevant accounts will be closed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets and playing games on 7ejbd:

• All bets cannot be changed or cancelled once they are finalised.
• Bets recorded with an incorrect outcome due to a technical error will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a game result is disputed for any reason, the decision of 7ejbd will be considered final.

Cricket Betting

In cricket betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is generally considered void and the stake is returned. Special rules may apply for matches with a reduced number of overs. Betting opportunities are available for BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC international tournaments.

Live Casino and Slots

For live casino games such as roulette and other table games, the live dealer's decision and the results of the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. Slot games are RNG-driven and each spin is completely independent.

Prohibited Activities
